Pros
Absolutely ZERO pros. maybe only that i learned what NOT to look for in an employer.
Cons
- terrible compensation/benefits/PTO
- awful leadership - will throw unnecessary projects in your face without explanation & then will get upset if you ask questions
- super sketchy stuff is done behind closed doors and you are forced to do things that are completely unethical
- you are only the messenger, yet you still get tormented by provider's uneasiness with physician partners rules & regulations
- extremely unreasonable when it comes to deadlines for providers / not understanding at all
- they believe that work should be your life, you will EASILY work 60+ hours a week
- no appreciation for what you bring to the table - there is NEVER any recognition - it's always pointing fingers to what you are doing wrong
- I would rather be broke and homeless, living on the streets, than work for this company... and that Is saying a lot!
-no opportunity for advancement.
-EXTREME MICROMANAGING!!!! like insane. updates every few HOURS on what you are working on and questioned if you do not accomplish something. even if you tried.
...i could go on and on.
