The workplace environment is gradually declining

Phytel just got acquired by IBM to be a part of the recently established Watson Health division. Lots of potential growth and ability to access a vast resource. IBM is aggressively taking Phytel's population health management suite global.

Leadership is a bit too self-interested in some areas. Aggressive self-starters who make company processes harder to manage. Which has lead to issues with inter-department collaboration at times. This has lead to reorganization within the higher ranks to promote a unified approach to product management and development for the future.
