      Pros

      Interesting company to work at.....flexible time off....compensation about average.

      Cons

      When I started working at Phytel the culture was great....as the company got bigger....lost sight of employee culture. Employees not recognized for work done.....too many directors that do not deserve the title and undefined job duties. Also practices in unethical HR practices.

      Pros

      everyone has an office, smaller company, easy to know everyone, friendly atmosphere, nice building, nice break/game room, they do care for the employees in some ways

      Cons

      managers are a dime a dozen (WAY too many managers that don't do anything), poor HR leadership, poor leadership from those that are managers, poor pay (very low compared to other companies)
