Pros
The fellow team members are great and collaborative. Other than that there is nothing great about the company.
Cons
The management is a different story. They can drop you like a hot potato and let go of you from the company if they want to outsource work and save some dollars. Extremely poor managements skills and had no idea of the path of the product growth .If they didn't had any idea of retaining the employees why even hire them and fire after few months if the purpose os to just outsource tech work. The direct managers and HR doesn't even have the courtesy of replying emails. Horrible place to be in, stay away.
