Thank you so much for your candid review - we do understand the frustration. We have been working especially hard to help instill a consistent strategic direction not only operationally, but throughout the organization by first conducting and learning from company-wide 360 reviews and then deploying OKRs at all levels of the company to ensure strategic alignment. The startup environment, especially in the healthcare industry, is tough - and moving quickly, adapting to our customers needs, is something that we have to do to thrive as an organization. If there were mistakes made in the past, we are learning from them and are course correcting to become a better organization for our clients and the employees.
That being said, we are scratching our heads (hard) about your comment on our employees being ‘underpaid' as we have always made conscious efforts to recompense our hard working employees with competitive pay, even going the distance of engaging third party experts for guidance.
We are sorry you had a bad experience with us, but we have amazing staff who love our company, positively contribute to the culture and are proud to work here. We wish you the best in finding a place where you can feel the same.
