Pros

i can’t think of one

Cons

HQ had no respect for their workers and would constantly berate us, they had no idea what running a restaurant is like for the staff that worked for them. constant grief from headquarters/ owners. understaffed, over worked and underpaid. my line manager was horrible to everyone in store, the only saving grace was my manager who fought for us to be treated better. no notice was given when the store was closing down which resulted in all of us being made redundant without the chance to line up another job. owner came and publicly berated workers in front of customers and other staff members. forced my coworker to step up and be a manager for the remaining few months of the store’s existence without paying more for the higher role because they knew they were closing down but didn’t want to admit it and couldn’t afford to hire a manager.

Pros

Some managers are very good. You could have a personal locker for personal belonging. Every now and then you can have free pies. There is a staff room with a fridge so the staff can keep their own food there using it during the breaks.

Cons

I've work here for a couple of years. If you work hard they give you more work to do. The salary is above the average by a couple of pence. There are too many managers and half of them are doing almost nothing. But the company will try to cut the costs firing essential operators instead of those useless people among the management. Unfortunately this place send away good workers and retain many toxic people. Not recommended. If you tell them about this problems they treat you as a difficult persons and push you to resignation. They will hide and deny any issue ,unless it is legally threatening the company, in that case they will quickly find a solution to keep them legally safe. During summer , they will keep you home 1 day a week every week. Do yourself a favour and work somewhere else.
