I worked there over a year and I saw about an 80% turnover of employees (including the leadership team and co-founders). If you didn't leave on your own, most people got laid off during department cuts or pushed out one way or another. People on the sales side got fired if they didn't meet their numbers, I also saw over 4 directors of sales get fired within a year.
It creates an environment where nobody feels safe in their current position. If you want to work for the Amazon of startups this is your place. I got hired for my expertise and then often would not get involved in department meetings. Even though it's a small company many employees play their cards close to their chest.
