Joining the company has been a very smooth and organised process from the initial application processes through to signing my contract and starting my new role. Throughout the recruitment process, Bella the internal recruiter, has been extremely supportive and has been a very helpful point of contact. She made sure that i understood everything clearly, made sure she was always available to answer any questions i had and provide guidance. She also continued to check in with me during my first week to see how i was getting on and making sure i felt happy and comfortable with my new role. This level of support made a real difference and helped me to settle in with confidence. The first week of my role was very well organised. I completed my induction and was given a clear schedule of activities, including shadowing other members of the team. This was something that i really valued, as it helped me plan my days in advance and made sure i felt prepared from the start. Alongside the positive recruitment and onboarding experience, there are also some great benefits in working here. This includes a 24/7 onsite gym, free tea and coffee, a very clean and affordable canteen with lots of choices and daily specials, and a lovely roof top terrace which is great when the weather is good. The team has also been very friendly and supportive, not only in my department but also across the wider office. The workplace its self is very clean, organised and pleasant to work in.

Dont really have any, but if i had to give a recommendation i would say that a coffee machine and ice machine would be a great addition to the office
