- extremely bad pay - Pure slavery - Supervisors treat you poorly while they sit in an air conditioned room all day - Supervisors play favourites and make it extremely noticeable - 2/1 swing is way too long for the extremely little pay we get - Company treat you like animals - Never notice the good you do but when you slip up they notice that straight away - Supervisors immediately start talking about all the “bad” we do as soon as pre start is on making everyone feel like crap for the rest of the day

You can network on site and get a better job, especially if you’re a female.

Management do not care about you. They preach safety but if you express a concern it is dismissed until it’s an actual problem.
