Absolutely everything about this company eg pay is $1 above national minimum wage, Absolutely NO BENIFITS OR REWARDS, thrown into the deep end with Absolutely no training or support, 2 and 1 rotation only offered to fulltimes and when you see rio doing 8 and 6 is depressing and the company has no mind in change as they care more about there big pockets instead of the staff that works there as*es off 11hrs a day or night, some teammembers are tough and mentally stressful to work with cause the company will literally hire off a phone call due to the 92% staff turn around, management couldn't give 2 💩's about ya. Mental health care is NONE EXISTENT.
