Poor pay conditions ..poor superannuation not on every hour worked ...so many things that pop up as you work longer there that are really not in favour of employees . Unstable work place with new staff starting all the time ..

- Some co-workers are good

- extremely bad pay - Pure slavery - Supervisors treat you poorly while they sit in an air conditioned room all day - Supervisors play favourites and make it extremely noticeable - 2/1 swing is way too long for the extremely little pay we get - Company treat you like animals - Never notice the good you do but when you slip up they notice that straight away - Supervisors immediately start talking about all the “bad” we do as soon as pre start is on making everyone feel like crap for the rest of the day
