Pros

A lot if really good people work here - just not in executive management.

Cons

Executive management doesn’t care. They do their own thing and then dictate what the peons need to do. There’s lots of favoritism. There’s one manager who really fights for his employees, then the other one - she doesn’t care what happens to her department so long she thinks she thinks she looks good. It’s a shame - lots of dedicated employees who are minimized by the powers that be. It’s comical they they spend money on experts to prove how progressive they are without in any way honoring the employees who do the real work.

Pros

Great place to begin career Diverse client load Consistent supervision hours for licensure Robust and strong internship program Somewhat flexible scheduling (as long as you can see all required clients) Good medical benefits Supervisors understanding with granting time off

Cons

Low compensation Full time expected to maintain 31 KEPT appointments every week Very little wiggle room for weeks where clients do not show (high risk of being written up) High stress among clinicians. Low morale. High turnover. Supervisors view this as inevitable. Upper management and some supervisors seem to value clinicians only by the numbers they bring in rather than clinical skills
