Things have really disintegrated since COVID

a good place to start out of school especially for someone with not alof of experience working with kids Supervision for licensure is free Healthcare has a helpful MERP option but there is talk of getting rid of it

Cons

Upper management is untrustworthy and only out for their own advancement Salary is pitiful Turnover is ridiculous, 5 high level managers have left in 6 months and can not count the number of therapists Management and HR can be retaliatory Diversity in management is completely absent, this is not a coincidence Worklife balance was great until the CEO had a feeling

A lot if really good people work here - just not in executive management.

Cons

Executive management doesn’t care. They do their own thing and then dictate what the peons need to do. There’s lots of favoritism. There’s one manager who really fights for his employees, then the other one - she doesn’t care what happens to her department so long she thinks she thinks she looks good. It’s a shame - lots of dedicated employees who are minimized by the powers that be. It’s comical they they spend money on experts to prove how progressive they are without in any way honoring the employees who do the real work.
