Pros
The job is extremely rewarding, the kids are hard but fabulous, this job isnt for everyone but it will definitely make you think and make you grow.
Cons
It can be dangerous and exhausting. Staff support is sketchy and there are a lot of other staff members who are lazy or ineffective. There is no hazard pay.
