Pros
I can't think of any. They pay very low wages and have all sorts of demands. They interview process is lengthy and invasive. You'd think you were applying to the FBI.
Cons
Bad management. No real opportunity to advance. Very high turnover rate. There is little to know communication between departments. They really only care about money. You are expendable. They won't give you full-time hours. There are no health or insurance benefits unless you're in corporate.
