Pink Jeep Tours a Terrible Place to Work!

Pros

I can't think of any. They pay very low wages and have all sorts of demands. They interview process is lengthy and invasive. You'd think you were applying to the FBI.

Cons

Bad management. No real opportunity to advance. Very high turnover rate. There is little to know communication between departments. They really only care about money. You are expendable. They won't give you full-time hours. There are no health or insurance benefits unless you're in corporate.

Fun job while out on tour Nice benifits and perks for employees

Cons

Alot. You dint get payed when not on tour but they found a legal loophole to not pay you for those hours. You could sit around in winter for says making 0 dollars and my boss legitimately didn't care and giggled while he was on salary.
