      Very cat friendly office (if you like cats). If you already have pink clothes you won't need to buy a new wardrobe.

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional. Poorly structured. Owner centric business. Workplace nepotism. Unconscionable contracts. Leaving this company will not be an easy task. Unacceptable behavior. Toxic work culture. Unhealthy work environment. Micromanagement and poor leadership. High turnover.

      Pros

      I have been with Pink Realty for many years and I am still here. The support staff is highly knowledgeable, courteous and positive. If you’re serious about getting your real estate license the education that is available here is extremely valuable. Monica truly cares about ALL here staff, agents, sellers and buyers!
