      Pros

      If you are looking for leads that you have to bait and switch this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Advertise incorrect property addresses as rentals to increase calls on homes that are not even available. They want you to convert these “rentals” to a rent to own program so you are buying homes for investors. If you do convert one of their in house rentals on floor time, good luck obtaining payment. Leadership is either overwhelmed, lacks the care or lacks the ability in leading a large number of agents. Plays favorites while ignoring others requests for guidance.

      Very cat friendly office (if you like cats). If you already have pink clothes you won't need to buy a new wardrobe.

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional. Poorly structured. Owner centric business. Workplace nepotism. Unconscionable contracts. Leaving this company will not be an easy task. Unacceptable behavior. Toxic work culture. Unhealthy work environment. Micromanagement and poor leadership. High turnover.
