      Most fellow employees were great. Agents were great

      Cons

      Horribly toxic work environment. Verbally and emotionally abusive. Poor work/life balance. I had to watch fellow employees being verbally abused daily. Extremely poor management

      Pros

      I have been with Pink Realty for many years and I am still here. The support staff is highly knowledgeable, courteous and positive. If you’re serious about getting your real estate license the education that is available here is extremely valuable. Monica truly cares about ALL here staff, agents, sellers and buyers!
