Very Negative Management style in every department. Upper management uses threats and negative comments to control....very low moral and demotivated staff. Managers have no people management skill and do not know anything about team building. Guest make comments as to how stressed employees seem to be. True!!!!! If you value a positive supportive manager stay away from Pink Shell.
