my coworkers are my favorite part of the job. I came in straight out of school and they were beyond helpful with anything I needed and I didn't feel like I was a bother when I had questions. very freshing

its hard to get employed because they are such a tight nit group but I learned after getting hired, that its a good thing. I really don't have any cons.

Some interesting projects and opportunities to learn but NOT worth it!

Micro manage every minute and expect way over normal hours.
