NO Increment on time, they delay always. No bonus, no incentives, no employee skill enhancement programmes, Management always plays with words, never keep there promise. No value for hard work and dedication. All senior employees are fired here without any reason. This company always thinks about cost-cutting. This organisation seems MNC but internally it is a LALA company like BPO.ALL the positive reviews put in here are by HR only to trap people. IF you want to spoil your career please join this company. No one thinks of employees pocket here, no increment at all here.
