      Pros

      Lots of different jobs available.

      Cons

      No managerial oversight, at all. Client directors treat you with contempt, the client advocates for you more than your manager. No progression prospects.

      They were willing to hire me

      Cons

      Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
