      The workplace can be demanding as it is fast paced. If you are not accustomed to that or able to endure that then you probably shouldn't work here. For some, this will be a positive.

      They were willing to hire me

      Cons

      Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
