Pros

The only pros about this place fellow employees.

Cons

Management changes company policies almost weekly. The staff has no idea how to successfully preform their jobs due to this issue. Most common practices are frowned here. So any real experience you have will be treated like useless knowledge. Expect to be written up for times you were not even at the office for. No matter how much proof you have to support your innocents, they will still say you were in the wrong. The coordinating team is mistreated the most. Management gives you multiple studies and forces you to take blame for something you had no control over. This site has been broken into, due to lack of security measures. There were squatters hiding in the building for weeks until they decided to rob the place. They were also hacked by ransomware, causing a lot of issues. They hired a new company to handle this issue. They are a small company that is growing way too fast. They’re not investing correctly and it shows.

Pros

The atmosphere is enjoyable. Everybody got a long. The managers did not micromanage unless maybe there was an audit was coming up. Pay was great for the work that was expected. Benefits were good. The hours were steady and hardly had to stay later than expected.

Cons

Not much for cons except maybe the workload can be deafening if you are not one who is super organized and good at multitasking.

Pros

Great coworkers and interesting job with many unique challenges every day for people who enjoy problem-solving and patient interaction.

Cons

Very high work load and stressful circumstances that just come with the territory. Opportunities for lateral growth are highly dependent on willingness to relocate.
