      Pros

      The market and family and friends discount is the only good thing. Nothing else I can good about Marriott/Pinnacle. Not a family environment like I was promised.

      Cons

      The salary is complete garbage, making $10 an hour will get you nowhere in life. They will work you to death and they don't care if you're stressed or sick. Work work work! Such a bad environment.

      They hire more seasoned General Managers and let you operate your hotel. As long as you are making sound decisions, and are following brand spec you will succeed.

      If you are looking to be trained, this is not for you.
