-you get to make your own schedule -the carriers you work with are A+ rated
Cons
-have to pay for leads (i was paying 2000/week for dead end leads) -recruitment is necessary if you want to "succeed" -no benefits -scammy scripts ( some unethical ) - compensation didn't make any sense. felt like a pyramid scheme -apparently when applying for a license in a different states, some states are "monopolized" meaning the insurance carriers you're currently contracted with dont work there. (had to figure that out on my own)
