*Highest staff turnover I have ever seen in a company (in 2 years, approx 25 support staff leaving..) *Support staff are seen as “just the admin” by the CEOs *Managers and operations staff have 0 peoples skills - hired a project manager to manage people, but treated as projects *No HR or confidentiality within the business *Admin staff are micromanaged despite building a history of trust and showing they are more than capable of getting on with their job - the relationship does not change *Very much clique etiquette and divided throughout *Pay is below market rate and for what your duties are, not worth the stress from the advisers, company or management *Doubled up on job roles with no pay rise or incentive *Lack of progression unless you wish to become an adviser
