Very happy with my experience at Pinnergy

having to bid on every job is a pain.

Safety is always #1. There are a lot of really good people that work for this company.

There is a lot of turnover. Communication between field and corporate is lacking. Executives and Corporate VP's are great to work with though. The field and office employees are great to work with also. However the middle management between the field and corporate is not that great. They are loyal but not that knowledgeable. They are what you call "good ol' boys" (tell you what you want to hear). These type of employees might have been successful in the 80's but not in 2016.
