Pros
- As someone who has done a few contractor assignments I definitely can tell you that the culture at Pinterest is very different. They go out of their way to make sure you do feel included and part of the team you are on. - Managers are constantly asking what they can do to help you progress in your career at Pinterest, which is something completely different than what I am used to. - Very transparent and ensures you know what is going on within your teams as well as the company as a whole. - Great work/life balance (at my old job I would be afraid to take days off even if I was really ill) - I can't speak from experience but I do see the opportunity to move within different roles in the company - Essentially working with the nicest people ever
