Okay at times - Driver Helper Pipetek Infrastructure Services Employee Review

This job taught me a task that I never thought I would do. You learn a lot if you are willing to put some time in. Lots of overtime with travel if that interests you. The owner leadership was impeccable compared to some of the managers. He was fair, honest, and handled disagreements with respect.

The weather conditions and the job was a DIRTY job.

Fairly-frequent company food/lunch days and a decent field employee culture.

Management is heavily disconnected with the field employees on the needs, wants, and overall reality of the work being done on projects. Pay is not competitive with other companies in the industry. Time off is limited and hard to accumulate, with an advanced notice of two weeks plus needing to be given before using it.
