      Some great people work there who make the day enjoyable. Always working somewhere new Good experience to take elsewhere

      Cons

      Zero communication Some operators are just straight up lazy and won't help if it's not running the reel or vac. Some manager's certainly seemed out of touch with their employees. Why do manager's who dont site visit need new non company logo trucks? You'll be told to not say anything about dumping other regions waste water and debris at the Hamilton treatment plant because it saves them money

      Pros

      This job taught me a task that I never thought I would do. You learn a lot if you are willing to put some time in. Lots of overtime with travel if that interests you. The owner leadership was impeccable compared to some of the managers. He was fair, honest, and handled disagreements with respect.

      Cons

      The weather conditions and the job was a DIRTY job.
