While the entire company is incredible, The North American team in particular deserves a shoutout. Our lead at the time was extremely inspiring and always kept his employees best interests in mind. Hard to advance depending on the role you are in and your location: difficult in New York as the office is still a bit small (they are still breaking into the North American market). Also due to a majority of the company being in London and unavailable during North American afternoons, onboarding can be a bit slow. Due to the constant growth of the company and the 24/7 availability nature of Application Support, your job responsibilities (and hours) are always subject to change, which can be a pro or con depending on your outlook.

Steep learning curve to learn the niche securities lending industry. In this role you don't learn as many transferrable hard technical skills.
