      Pros

      I felt I had always been the right level of autonomy. Great leadership articulate, diligent, excellent at explaining how to get there and how to execute and inspirational. Diversity and social values are forestered. I always felt there is an outlet to share observations and ideas.

      Cons

      It can get stressful! As everyone works hard, you can feel there is lack of support or tools to do the job well or more efficiently. It requires taking initiatives to go extra miles, if you want to do the job well.

      Pirum have a fantastic culture and people really matter in this company. I have been able to grow and learn a lot in Pirum and it is definitely a very good place to develop a career. One of the best aspects of this Fintech company is that you work very close with both the business and the tech teams. This gives you the possibility to learn a lot across different areas.
