Pros
Base salary is minimum wage, but tips very little since it's counter service. Food is good but pricy. Team is nice, manager is very understanding and smart one. Owners do not deserve the good manager as him. I don't really know if those above are pros even haha!
Cons
Job duties and scope is easy but you will not make enough money, for the same hours and energy you could make more money (on tips) in other full service restaurants. No benefits. Owners swim on you they make everybody working there very very very demotivated. There is no career opportunities (they bring managers, chiefs, office workers from France) so you will always be who you were hired as. So make your conclusions
