Working at Pivony gave me the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities, especially with the Frontend development of the app. I learned a lot during my time here, both technically and professionally, which I greatly appreciate. The fast-paced startup environment allowed me to grow my skills and contribute meaningfully to the product.

Startups, by nature, can be demanding and carry high risks, which isn’t for everyone. I found this aspect challenging as it doesn’t align with my preferred work environment.

At this company I had the chance to take on multiple responsibilities that significantly contributed to my personal development. Many meetings were conducted in an educational and instructive manner allowing me to continuously learn new things. Additionally the collaborative and supportive work culture within the team was highly valuable.

During busy periods, there were times when we had to put in extra hours, which could be tiring at times, but it also provided valuable experience and allowed me to tackle challenging tasks.
