      They expect working full time and they are disgustingly rude. zero culture. The CEO had this idea of this startup while studying phd and the whole thing deserves to stay a paper thesis not a company. he is super resistant to knowledge. everyone was telling him(outside the company advisors) that this business plan is not working and your pricing strategy is a joke but he insisted that it works! They are very unprofessional and have absolutely zero idea about how to run a business. they don't pay you cuz they are an early age start up and no one is funding them properly. you will not get paid, no one respects you and you are expected to work 10hrs a day min plus being available round the clock.

      they act like you are not human, like a robot you should work all day all night all weekend. The managers have no respect for anyone. Salary is low. At the weekend, the boss was texting me and asking about the work. They scold all the employees. If you want to experience a trauma, you can choose this place. manipulation, There is always humiliation, feeling inadequate, and many other negative behaviors. Even though I worked 24/7, they were constantly threatening to fire me. stay away

      Pros

      First of all, working at Pivony is really enjoyable for me. With the benefits of working remotely, employees are provided with really good working conditions.

      Cons

      Since the Pivony Platform is a very new system, we come across features that can be developed and improved while working. In my opinion, for any brand or system to be fully established, it must be 10 years old. I believe that Pivony will be in a much better place within 5 years.
