1) Boss does not know how to manage the company. There is no vision/clear goals for the company. Even if there is, employee wouldn’t know. 2) There’s no morale boost. Does NOT have team building, no company trip. Boss does not care about employees mental health and does not boost their spirit. 3) There is no yearly bonus or performance bonus, even when company is earning money. The only extra monetary benefit you get is super OCCASIONAL lunch meal and RM50 Angpao. 4) Ever since WFH, Bosses and PIC does not respect your time even after the allocated time (10AM-7PM) They would call you and rush you for your work even if the work is not rushing. 5) WFH requires you to screenshot your daily works. Bosses does not trust their employee and wants a daily screenshot to “prove” that an employee is working. Bosses does not have any trust on their employee and always suspect them. Your rendered work wouldn’t matter and they would still require a “screenshot” just to “prove” you’re working. Boss is not willing to change back to office settings. 6) Late salary, it is ALWAYS late. It is always on the 7th and sometimes you can even get it on the 10th. Not to mention the company underpay their employees. The increments is extremely bad ranging from RM100-RM300. Even when the company is earning, they were hesitant to raise your salary. 7) Bosses thinks that this company is just a little bit lower than LemonSky Studios. 8) Company signed low quality projects. Does not/Not able to sign a high quality project to boost its own reputation. 9) Junior animator is hard to climb the position because the senior only pushes specific individual. You may stuck as a junior forever. 10) Sales manager is scared to liaise with client. Does not properly understand brief. They do not possess any professional lingos. They liaises with street slang. Company has been facing a downtime ever since COVID-19, there is no significant project. One of the root problems of this company. 11)Sales manager does not clarify with client and uses his own view to judge on client’s needs, which resulted the employees to work extra based on his opinions alone. 12)Company has a history of owing EPF. Be mindful if it happens in the future again. 13) No dental benefits, medical claim is little, no allowance for WFH setups. You only bring back an old pc. No upgrades, cracked software. 14) Companies laid off a few departments due to the lack of projects. Some employees do not even get severance.
