      Pros

      Great work environment. Great benefits and competitive salary package. Will work with a great team of designers and developers. Don't have to commute into Boston. Remote Fridays. Ample snacks and coffee.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but it can be chaotic at times. That comes with the territory of a creative agency setting. Not for everyone.

      Opportunities for career advancement, and learning from talented colleagues. Chance to work on meaningful projects and access to resources and training. Great company.

      Fully remote, can be stressful with workload sometimes.
