•cool coworkers •daily cash tips.. dont have to pool them (when i worked there at least) •free product occasionally •opportunity for growth/promotion •they have compliment cards that customers or other employees can fill out as a review for employees, those go into a monthly prize raffle •can win store credit or certain product/s if you sell over $100k per month and/or place top 3/top 5 in particular sales contests
Cons
•performance primarily rewarded only with cannabis products/store credit •not enough pay to live on independently (around $2k/month when I worked there), especially if you sell over $100k per month in product consistently that low of pay is not sufficient whatsoever compared to how much profit/value the budtender earns for the company
