Pros
Almost every manager is incredibly supportive and the culture is very team oriented. Thankfully it is not one of those forced "we're a family here" toxic workplaces, but like actually just feeling a natural comradery with everyone just from the many different team chats and department-wide chats and email help-lines there's always someone you can go to for help. Not overly corporate-speak heavy, most people just talk like normal humans, very refreshing for a "corporate" type job. Every loan is like a puzzle, and if you like puzzles you'll love this job, it's rewarding to finally get a difficult loan to close.
Cons
While there has been no mandatory OT so far, often it can feel like if you don't stay late a few times a week you'll fall behind, though I think that may just be the nature of the job, not inherent to PHL.
