      This Company is a hustle with ZERO validity

      I had phenomenal coworkers and my supervisor at the Dublin Location was extremely helpful,kind,and a great leader

      Cons

      Incompetence Lies No real direction I got mixed up with somebody by an east coast supervisor,I want to say his name was Nacho or something, but he mixed me up with somebody then instead of saying “I apologize” he berated me. The east coast team has ZERO business integrity and will hustle anybody. They shut down west coast operations and gave terrible severance and the CEO or whoever was completely unprofessional (texting as he addresses everybody they’re laid off). All management does is phone it in and make empty promises to make you a MLO.

      Co-workers are great. Benefits and salary are good. Just moved to a much nicer office with amemities.

      Cons

      The management is very poor. They never point out any good work only contact you for mistakes. It's like no news is good news. If you have questions of escalated issues response time is very slow and often have to call the customer back which makes them angrier. Training is too little too be effective. Not prepared to when beginning to take calls. Don't take the job!

      Had a really great senior leader positioned to make some exciting changes but that failed.

      Cons

      Absolutely the poorest technology and culture of micromanaging I’ve seen in my career. Zero communication just expectation. Expectation as the cost of losing people at a rapid rate. This place is stuck in the 80’s.
