Pros
CEO is a very nice man and has clear goals in mind; very humble and kind; personable....unfortunately it's the manager who are letting down the company (a lot of two face people)
Cons
- Fake promises: tell you that they have our best intention but there is no career growth; they do what they want - HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT: I had the worst manager who was completely fake and very unprofessional. They use Gchat and talk about colleagues in the office they don't like (I still have proof) - Very high turnover- had 4 different managers during my work and several employees left - My manager played favoritism and team leader did not help at all - I asked for help several times, asking for improvement but never got any training; ZERO TRAINING opportunities - No work life balance
