This environment has fostered the development of exclusive social cliques across various departments, which has negatively impacted cross-functional collaboration. Furthermore, the developer responsible for overseeing sprint cycles has consistently demonstrated unprofessional conduct and an abusive communication style toward subordinates. This individual has also been observed misrepresenting professional conversations. Despite these concerns being formally escalated to senior management, no corrective actions or visible changes in behavior have occurred to date.
