Pros
Friendly, open atmosphere. Small company - all team members are extremely easy to work with and be around. Everyone is willing to help the other. Chief executives are happy to communicate with you, listen to your ideas, and make sure the company is happy and having fun in addition to getting things done. Weekly office lunches (Monday Funday Lunches), bbq's, monthly company bowling, etc. make this a unique place to work. I feel like most people would be lucky to work in such a nice working environment for such a caring and fun boss. We also get paid holidays and paid vacation days.
Cons
Because it is such a small company, salaries aren't the highest. However, the company is growing so hopefully this will change.
