      Pros

      Had one fun project there. Supportive HR.

      Cons

      Project can be hit or miss. A couple of other projects have been highly stressful. Also hard to get recognition unless you have metrics to show. even when I was highly praised in my project, I still didn’t get any from agency itself.

      Pros

      They sponsored my work visa, handled my relocation to New Zealand, and you remain on full pay even when you’re in the hub or not yet deployed to a client.

      Cons

      The main downside is the pay, which is lower than other companies, and the promotion process can be slow—some deserving colleagues have been waiting years.
