      Experience a wide range of clients. Great introduction to a career in testing. Free training and certifications in the areas you're interested in. Opportunities to direct your career to a point.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than competitors. Getting a payrise or promotion can be tough. Huge priority on business and profits over people, especially since the acquisition by NRI.
