Plastiq doesn't seem to understand what it's doing or where it is going. The company will buy multiple other companies, lay off a percentage of their own staff as well as the staff of the acquired company in order to afford the buy out. Afterward they appear to make the snap decision to shutter the acquired business without explanation long after integration and onboarding has already occurred. It could be argued that they are trying to clear out their competitors, but the acquired businesses aren't direct competitors. The leaders of the company are eternally obsessed with IPO without a long term vision for the future of the product. -No 401k matching
