The team was great to work with; some very nice people there. Working in a niche industry with knowledgeable people You get to travel a lot if you're into that.

Rubbish pay, not much career progression. Upper management couldn't care less about you. Don't have you back and aren't willing to raise any issues. CEO is very disconnected to you and is generally not a nice person. Travel booked very last minute for evets they know they will go to for months, expecting you to drop everything last minute and go.

- Poor communication both between teams and within individual teams, reflecting unprofessional management practices. - HR appears to prioritise the company’s interests and benefits over employees’ personal well-being. - Increasing workload without conducting appropriate salary reviews. - Requests for work to be completed during evenings and weekends, with no appreciation for the extra effort. - A generally toxic and demoralising office environment. - Low salaries and non-existent employee benefits.
