      Pros

      The team was great to work with; some very nice people there. Working in a niche industry with knowledgeable people You get to travel a lot if you're into that.

      Cons

      Rubbish pay, not much career progression. Upper management couldn't care less about you. Don't have you back and aren't willing to raise any issues. CEO is very disconnected to you and is generally not a nice person. Travel booked very last minute for evets they know they will go to for months, expecting you to drop everything last minute and go.

      The people who work at PSN are some of the nicest, passionate and approachable people I've ever worked with.

      Slow to no career progression.
